Production is carried out under hygienic conditions. 300 tons of milk is processed daily in the factory, which has a closed area of ​​30,000 m2, with high technological equipment and high hygienic conditions, where the milk with its unique characteristics of the Çanakkale Ezine region is processed. When cutting cheese, a cheese knife should be used and the knife should be wetted. This will help cut the cheese properly. If the cheese is not consumed immediately, it should be stored in its own packaging. All cheese varieties should be stored in a dark environment, in the refrigerator.
