The firik, which has been produced for thousands of years in the ancient lands known as the "Fertile Crescent", is still produced in some villages in Hatay with the firik craftsmanship that is continued from father to son. Hard wheat grown in the Amik Plain is preferred for making Firik. This wheat is Anatolia's own seed. The wheat is harvested with a sickle in May, when it is still green and immature. After being separated from the stems by fumigation and rested, it is separated from the ears and broken in the stone mill. Firik bulgur incense produced by this method has an aromatic and unique taste. You can also use firik, which is among the indispensables of Antakya and Gaziantep cuisines, in your pilafs and stuffing. The Packaging of This Product Is Made From Recyclable Materials.
